iPad vs. JooJoo

Ipad vs joojoo

svartling ™ – Buzz   Apr 6, 2010
iPad vs. JooJoo... fight!:
Sure, they might be worlds apart in quality, usefulness, and desirability, but even still, comparisons are inevitable. The iPad (right) and the JooJoo (left) hit the hands of consumers on the same weekend, offer large-screen browsing experiences controlled entirely by a capacitive touchscreen, and... well, you get the idea. via

- Personally I don't want to have so big Tablet like the JooJoo..

Found via:

Charles Tellis – JooJoo is a monster; I can't imagine lugging that monster around.   Apr 6, 2010
svartling ™ – Yeah it's too big.   Apr 6, 2010
Hector Martinez – That's what she said.   Apr 6, 2010
svartling ™ – Hector: LOL! :)   Apr 6, 2010
Richard Walker – I might make a better "electronic sheet music" device though. These could be mounted on a wall, or embedded in a table. the iPad may be more mobile, but that means more breakage. They both need special briefcases and carry bags is all.   Apr 6, 2010
Mike Elgan – It seems to me that it's large size is the JooJoo's only advantage. The iPad is a marvel of industrial design, and that design was put together in concert with the multi-touch software, which is really well done. And then there's the app store. Forget about it. I haven't used the JooJoo, but I can't imagine that it would prove superior to the iPad.

Gimme an iPad the size of a JooJoo, however, and I'd jump on it.    Apr 6, 2010
Thomas Morffew – JooJoo is an ugly mother, but the iPad is too slick for me.   Apr 7, 2010
Paul Murley – I've read horrible things about the Joo Joos UI, and it looks silly in portrait. It's a pity...   Apr 7, 2010
svartling ™ – The iPad is superior in many ways, but I still thinks that the size is a bit too big :)
But I hope Apple will launch an iPhone with a 4.3-inch screen. That will be the perfect sized MID/Mini Computer/Smartphone/Tablet for me.

Maybe Apple do that on the event tomorrow? ;)   Apr 7, 2010
John Hardy – the JooJoo looks too long the iPad looks too short. Looking for an A4 sized tablet.

OK for my friend @svartling here, make that A5 or A6   Apr 7, 2010
svartling ™ – John: Heh! A6 would be cool :) Seriously I would probably buy the iPad when it will be available here in Sweden. Or maybe I wait for the next generation of it.   Apr 7, 2010

Rumor: Nokia Plans to launch a Tablet running Windows 7 or maybe MeeGo?

svartling ™: Rumor: Is Nokia Planning To Come Up With A Windows 7 Tablet?:
While there aren't many supporting details, considering that Nokia's Booklet 3G used Windows 7, it's worth a guess that if it were to come up with a tablet device, it might just be powered by Windows 7 too.  Via

- Let's hope it will run on Maemo. That would be a lot cooler than Windows 7..

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

7:46 pm Stefan Ålund: Hmm, I'm a bit skeptic to it running Windows 7. I think it's more likely to be built on the newly announced MeeGo platform (merge between Maemo + Moblin): http://meego.com/ What kind of signal would Nokia send by not using its (own) latest OS that specifically intends to run on such devices.
7:48 pm svartling ™: Stefan: Yes I believe that too (I had forgot that they merged with Moblin :) ).
It's very likely that a Nokia Tablet would run on MeeGo (silly name).
8:21 pm Sebastian Sorri: Considering Meego, I too would have doubts re Win7. There are rumours of a Meego powered tablet that also runs Win7 though. Too good to be true?
8:33 pm svartling ™: Sebastian: A Multi-boot could be true though. But personally I think Win 7 is unnecessary because Meego would be so much cooler :)
8:36 pm Stefan Ålund: First announcement form MeeGo was pretty disappointing though, no UI at all! Maybe the fight of which UI to start with (Moblin or Maemo) got too wild :)
8:37 pm svartling ™: Stefan: Yeah maybe :) Personally I think Maemo's UI is quite cool and useful, so I hope they will build on that.

ICD Gemini - Tegra 2-powered featured filled Tablet

Photo1.jpg

svartling ™: ICD's Tegra 2-powered Gemini is the most feature-complete tablet we've seen yet: Built around the 1GHz Tegra 2 SOC, the 11.2-inch ICD Gemini should provide comparable endurance to Apple's A4-sporting iPad, while besting it in the grunt stakes with its glorious ability to chew through 1080p video when required. If that wasn't enough, the rest of this thing's spec sheet reads like a wishlist. http://goo.gl/fb/PCB24

- The design doesn't looks so nice though. A bit thick don't you think? Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

11:06 am svartling ™: Specs includes a user-replaceable 40Wh battery, an SD card reader, FM radio, GPS, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, MicroUSB connectivity to PCs and USB peripherals, stereo speakers, and dual webcams -- a 2 megapixel front-facing unit and a 5 megapixel autofocusing snapper on the back.
11:10 am svartling ™: The screen has 1,366 x 768 resolution and the tablet runs Android.

You can even make calls over the 3G network! :)
11:27 am Jordi Soler: ...but it doesn't stand a chance against the iPad.
12:05 pm svartling ™: Jordi: Probably not because of Apples marketing and the fact that this tablet will probably not be sold all over the world.
12:10 pm Jordi Soler: That was my point precisely. :)
5:04 pm Tutivillus Grift: If the prices is right? I'd buy this in a heartbeat over the iPad.
5:19 pm svartling ™: Tutivillus: What is the right price then?
7:09 pm Tutivillus Grift: For this? $400. IMO these machines should cost less than a laptop.
7:15 pm svartling ™: Yeah that's true. We will probably see both cheap and expensive tablets in the future.
7:16 pm svartling ™: Oh, and that was a good price you think was the right price :)

Microsoft event, April 12th - Probably introduce the Microsoft phones, the Pure & Turtle from Project Pink

Apr 5 svartling ™: Microsoft invites us to mystery event, April 12th!:
Okay. So what is this? Pink? Courier (gasp!)? Windows Phone 7 Series Phone Series 7? Only Microsoft knows for sure. http://www.engadget.com/2010/04/05/microsoft-invites-us-to-mystery-event-april-12th/

- Interesting! Maybe it's the Courier to compete with Apple before it's to late?

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

10:48 am svartling ™: They will probably introduce the Microsoft phones, the Pure and Turtle from Project Pink.

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

2:06 pm Sean Brady: I hope they don't rush Courier out just to compete with the iPad. It really does look like a nice device.
2:13 pm Jon Mallin: WSJ is reporting that it's an event about Pink's Turtle and Pure.
3:10 pm svartling ™: Sean: no let's hope they not. It would be really interesting to see how good the OS for it that they been working on will be. I hope it's based on the Zune HD OS because that looks so good.
3:12 pm svartling ™: Jon: In that case it will be as I guessed then. It will be interesting to see how good these phones will be.
3:34 pm Jon Mallin: They look pretty ok. Not my form factor but they'll appeal to some.
3:35 pm svartling ™: Jon: Ok, and they will probably run on Windows Phones 7 OS.

HP Slate (Tablet) - Specs, Info & Video

Apr 5 svartling ™: HP Slate (Tablet) Promotional Video Shows Up:
The video clip doesn't mention anything about specs, pricing or availability, but it does remind us that the device supports SD cards, as well as USB connectors, something which isn't available on the iPad by default.
http://www.ubergizmo.com/15/archives/2010/04/hp_slate_promotional_video_shows_up.html

- Looks very cool!

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeDalRBjyJo

Apr 5 svartling ™: Click on video thumbnail to watch it here on Buzz directly.
9:23 am svartling ™: Here is some specs for the HP Slate:
1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor
32GB of Flash storage
1GB non-upgradable RAM
SDHC card slot
5-hour battery life
VGA front-facing camera and 3-megapixel camera at the back
USB port
8.9-inch 1024 x 600 capacitive multi-touch display

- Looking good!

Found via a search in: http://gs.clipotech.com/

9:24 am svartling ™: Not the battery life though..
9:37 am Paul Murley: After playing with my sister's netbook I would have to throw a 1024X600 display across the room, just not enough room for the browser, vertically :P

Maybe it'd work in portrait. I'd still want more screen real estate though...

And that's just reminded of a cool, often unmentioned aspect of these new-fangled tablets. Unlike a desktop/netbook, you can turn the screen around 90 degrees quite easily. Neato.
10:17 am svartling ™: Paul: Yes you are right that the 1024x600 resolution could be too low vertically. One of the cool features with mobile Safari on iPhone/iPad is that it auto zooms the web pages to fit the screen. Lets hope these tablets (Slates) gets a browser that can do that too. The zooming works in portrait mode too.
10:21 am svartling ™: It looks like it will come in two versions.
The $549 one will come with a base Wi-fi configuration, 32 GB flash and 1 GB RAM. While a $599 version will come with 64 GB storage.

2:07 pm Sean Brady: I really wish the slate price point was something closer to 399. I don't need much storage (thats what the Cloud is for), but I would really like 2gb of RAM.
3:03 pm svartling ™: Sean: Yeah that's right. It would be great if there was a model with only 16GB storage. I use the Cloud a lot too.

Apr 5 svartling ™: Does anyone have a Zune? I mean, no one ever talks about it..
Apr 5 Tutivillus Grift: Three in our house. LOVE the software (compared to the wreck named iTunes)
Apr 5 svartling ™: Ok. Cool! Do you have the Zune HD?
Apr 5 Tutivillus Grift: Nope. There's a wait to see what the next couple of months hold before jumping to a Newer (the next) Zune HD or another device entirely.
Apr 5 Sean Brady: I have an HD. Love it. That said I have only ever Sen a single other in the wild. Looking forward to this update.
Apr 5 svartling ™: I almost never read about the Zune on the Web. Here in Sweden Zune doesn't exist at all.

Tongfang Q5 Android-powered 4.8-inch MID

tBglf.jpg

Tongfang Q5 Android-powered MID:
Tongfang Q5 is equipped with a 4.8" capacitive touchscreen display, an 866MHZ ARM processor, 128MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 2,200mAh battery to keep it running. http://www.ubergizmo.com/15/archives/2010/04/ytongfang_q5_android-powered_mid.html

The price is $293 dollar in China.

Find more specs and info with a search: http://g.clipotech.com/Tongfang_Q5

11:07 am svartling ™: It's kinda cool, but has almost the same screen size as some Android Smartphones, so maybe better buy a phone instead?
12:50 pm Charles Tellis: Americans, are genetically predisposed to liking big things. Cars, our streets are wide, got to have a bigger flat screen, our homes are bigger, etc. My point, although cool, Tongfang apparently was not developed to appeal to Americans or Swedes except @svartling = )
1:14 pm svartling ™: Charles: Yeah maybe. I am from Sweden though :)
2:29 pm Charles Tellis: @svartling I just corrected my previous - the cool thing about Buzz it allows us to seamlessly edit ;-)
2:35 pm svartling ™: Ha! :) Well I do think this MID is quite interesting. I've always Said that 5-inch is the perfect size for a tablet because you can always have it with you.

This MID is 4.8-inch so.. :)
2:36 pm Charles Tellis: I was thinking more like 6"
2:41 pm svartling ™: 6-inch is too big to have in your pocket. 5-inch is the biggest size you can have in your pocket.
2:45 pm Charles Tellis: @svartling OK - did a reedit - hows that? I would not think of putting anything bigger than a Nexus One in my pocket - For a bigger device I would get a neat rather masculine shoulder carrier of sorts.
2:47 pm svartling ™: Charles: LOL :)
2:47 pm Charles Tellis: That's the beauty of Buzz @svartling
2:51 pm svartling ™: Yeah I really Love Buzz!
2:56 pm Charles Tellis: What do you you guys think about http://bit.ly/cu98SK - This entire tablet/pad device battle; I think Google is going to let the major players do their pad tablet thing then do a sneaky on us just like they did with Buzz - I'm a GBL (Google Brand Loyalist), I track their every move Google makes on my Google Radar, I even have spies at the Googleplex! Yet Buzz slipped in under the radar.
3:04 pm svartling ™: Charles: Microsoft's Courier is interesting but very far from reality yet. It would be interesting to see how good the special OS they made for it will be.

There will probably be some Tablets out this year running Googles ChromeOS. I'm pretty sure of that.
3:14 pm Charles Tellis: I totally agreed!
3:17 pm Charles Tellis: I have heard lots of people say they like Buzz and whatnot but it seems that many are finding difficulty in figuring this puppy out.
3:37 pm svartling ™: Charles: I'm using Buzz as an blogging platform. Works great.
3:42 pm Charles Tellis: Not to negate what you are doing but Blogs via Buzz are a given - I am focusing on the mobile aspect.
3:44 pm svartling ™: I Buzz a lot from my iPhone. I write the text in TextExpander Touch and copy and paste it in the subject line of an email I send via buzz@gmail.com. That way I can include some pictures too.
3:48 pm Charles Tellis: Doing the same, I am certain is native to the Nexus especially using the Google Buzz App.

The iPad Gets Jailbroken In Less Then A Day

The iPad Gets Jailbreaked In Less Then A Day: Wow, less than 24 hours after putting his hands on it, Dev-Team member Musclenerd just tweeted that apparently, he already managed to jailbreak the iPad. http://goo.gl/fb/qcV00 - That was fast. I've never Jailbreaked my iPhone so I would probably not do it with an iPad either if I had one. I don't see the need for it. Found via http://twitter.com/pingmicro

7:07 pm Adrian Scicluna: you mean Jailbroken?
7:10 pm svartling ™: No I mean Jailbreaked. The iPhone or iPad gets hacked so you can run your own software on it and much more.
7:12 pm svartling ™: Here you find more info about Jailbreaking: http://k.clipotech.com/jailbreak
7:13 pm Christopher Carr: Adrian is commenting on your English, not on the process of unlocking an iPhone/Pad.
7:14 pm svartling ™: Ok..
7:14 pm Adrian Scicluna: Er.. yeah. what 000.cacarr@gmail.com said.. ;)
7:15 pm Adrian Scicluna: Hey that link didn't come out well!
7:26 pm Christopher Carr: "Broke" is the past tense of "break," and "broken" is the past participle (Adrian had jailbroken his iPhone before the day was up) and adjective (Adrian owns a jailbroken iPad).
7:31 pm Ahmet Karaoglan: i was expecting in minutes :)
7:31 pm svartling ™: Christopher: Ok. Thanks for the lesson.
7:32 pm svartling ™: Ahmet: Yeah me too :)
7:33 pm Gord Wait: Maybe someone likes the hardware but wants to run Android on it instead?
:)
7:36 pm svartling ™: Gord: Maybe that is possible :)
7:44 pm Christopher Carr: @Adrian Scicluna You need an "@" in front of the email address.
8:09 pm svartling ™: Here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgHNayVtHkQ

Apple's A4 Is Faster than Snapdragon

Apple's A4 SoC: Faster than Snapdragon?: The iPad wins!.
"As the first device to use Apple's A4 SoC I wanted to see how it stacked up against the Cortex A8 and Qualcomm's QSD8250. All three chips appear to be dual issue in order architectures with varying pipeline depths, clock speeds and cache sizes." http://www.anandtech.com/show/3633/apples-a4-soc-faster-than-snapdragon

So how does Apple's A4 stack up against today's favorite smartphone brainchild? Extremely well!

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

9:28 am Hugh Isaacs II: Makes me anxious to see this in a future iPhone.
9:30 am svartling ™: Hugh: Yeah me too :) The iPhone would be really fast!
9:37 am Hugh Isaacs II: I'm not sure of the required specs for WinMo7 but I think these super fast [1 GHz] processors may be one thing that OS will miss out on at launch.
9:42 am svartling ™: Hugh: Yes probably. But what I've seen on the web Windows Phones 7 should be a great OS too. If it will run on HTC hardware I believe it could be fast.
10:30 am Hugh Isaacs II: I never said WinMo 7 would be a bad OS, I just feel that Microsoft sort of cut it short by not pushing the bar.

I feel like Microsoft has to push this onto hardware comparable to the HTC EVO 4G to really make a mark, else they'll end up like Palm WebOS.

Yeah, HTC just might be the company to do it.
10:50 am svartling ™: Hugh: Yes. I've tried the HTC HD2 that runs Windows Mobile 6 and has almost the same hardware as the HTC EVO (Please note that i say almost :) ) and it was quite slow.

I understand what you mean. My guess is that WP7 will be too late for Microsoft.

Apple Buys a Little Chip Company Called Intrinsity

Apple Buys a Little Chip Company That Makes Really Fast ARM Processors for iPhones and iPads: EDN first reported that Intrinsity has been acquired and speculated that Apple could have been the buyer. We have since discovered evidence that this is likely the case.

- This is quite interesting

Found via http://twitter.com/pingmicro

12:44 am Stefan Svartling: Maybe Apple will create more chips like the A4 in iPad?
1:59 am Rob Nelson: They are aggressively hiring for their chip development efforts.
9:28 am Stefan Svartling: Yes it looks like it. I guess that is a good thing for consumers.

Walt Mossberg says that the iPad can replace laptops

 ipad

Apple iPad Review: Laptop Killer? Pretty Close: After spending hours and hours with it, I believe this beautiful new touch-screen device from Apple has the potential to change portable computing profoundly, and to challenge the primacy of the laptop. It could even help, eventually, to propel the finger-driven, multitouch user interface ahead of the mouse-driven interface that has prevailed for decades. http://ptech.allthingsd.com/20100331/apple-ipad-review/

- This is what i believe too. The iPad will change how we will use computers in the future. We will use our hands and fingers to create again.

6:33 pm Stefan Svartling: Walt Mossberg has used the iPad for a while now and says it can replace the laptop. Almost. I believe it can for many users.
7:14 pm Kurt Starnes: Stefan: After the iPad's form is a success in the marketplace -- I assume it will be -- watch as every other machine maker follows in line with their own iPad killer (see: iPhone).

But, Apple's secret sauce is how the OS pulls it all together. The imitators will match the spec sheet, and add more features, but they will again struggle matching the experience. Just my 2¢.
7:18 pm Mike Elliott: It seems like more people are opting to leave the laptop at the home and take the smart phone instead which now performs most of the same functions. With a device like the IPad making that an even more practical alternative I don't really see any practical use for notebook computers anymore.
7:42 pm Stefan Svartling: @Kurt Starnes Exactly. The experience on an iPhone and now the iPad is what makes the difference.
7:47 pm Stefan Svartling: @Mike Elliott Yes. I use my iPhone for blogging 80% of the time. My MacBook Pro the rest. But I must say if Apple will release an iPhone with a 4.3-inch screen I will not need to buy the iPad. That will be the perfect portable computer for me.

If I had an iPad too I would probably use that instead of my MacBook for blogging/tweeting and Buzzing. The only time I would like to use the MacBook is for downloading stuff from the net.
7:55 pm Ashton Lafferty: Of course others will come out with tablets, and they are the ones I will be looking at. While I'm sure I would love an iPad and appreciate the Apple experience, as a technician what I need is a versatile tool as opposed to a consumption device. I need something that will allow me to connect to other devices to diagnose hardware problems, transfer files, image drives, pen test, boot into the OS of my choice, and yes, scan for viruses. I'll be getting the tablet that allows for and adapts to chaos, not the one that puts up walls against it.
That said, I have no doubt the iPad will be a success.
8:03 pm Stefan Svartling: Ashton: Quite the opposite of the iPad then :) You want a computer that is so computery as possible. I can understand such a need too. It all depends on the usage.

HP & Dell will release 11.6-inch Netbooks

hp and dell netbooks

HP and Dell said to be investing less in 10-inch netbooks: HP and Dell are both curtailing investment in the 10-inch netbook market, with their sights now set on the chunkier 11.6-inch size class. Additionally, with profits from machines built on Intel's Pine Trail platform appearing lower than expected, both are also said to be contemplating AMD's alternatives, presumably in the shape of the Neo CPU and Radeon integrated graphics. http://goo.gl/fb/94X0Z

- I don't want bigger tablets.. And I will never buy something from Dell again..

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

3:22 pm Stefan Svartling: 10-inch like the iPad seems to be the perfect size for tablets. Not bigger than that.
5:20 pm Rob Nelson: The 10" tablet seems the right size for a "take-everywhere" device.

I could see where people would like to buy up to maybe 17" tablets. Those would make really nice living room devices, and could easily replace laptops for a wider array of people.

But I can't see why anyone would subject themselves to Dell customer support a second time. I will occasionally buy used Dell equipment (I bought a 19" Dell LCD last fall...nice and cheap!) but I sure don't want any of their products under warranty.

I've done some desktop support over the years, and I refuse to perform service of any kind on warranted Dell hardware. There is no amount of money that can make me want to sit on their support phone lines.
5:25 pm Stefan Svartling: My Dell XPS M1330 I had was on repair 4 times under the warranty and right after the Warranty period the Motherboard stopped working... One of the most expensive computers I've ever bought was a brick and to expensive to repair....

The iPad will kill today's computers

iPad Is the Future

iPad Is the Future: the iPad will kill today's computers, just like the latter killed computers running with punchcards and command lines.

Of course, the iPad—the actual product that millions will buy in the coming months—won't replace all computers. The entire world is not going to run just on tablets.

But Steve Jobs' Next Big Thing is the first computer that requires no training whatsoever, one that is truly accessible and useful for everyone. http://gizmodo.com/5506692/ipad-is-the-future

Found via http://twitter.com/gadgetsearch

9:23 am Jonathan Sundqvist: Well if Ipad is the future. I don't want to be there. A closed system is an utter failure in my point of view. Especially when it comes to computers. On a phone I think it's ok, but on a computer it's a no-no.
9:25 am Jagged Wraith: Oh this might be good. Come my children, Come Droid fanboys! Theres blood in the water here.
9:33 am Christopher Carr: You know you really want a Streak.
9:36 am Stefan Svartling: Actually I'm not sure I will buy an iPad :) As this post says, it's more for those who thinks computers are too advanced and need something simpler and need no training at all.

Personally I think the iPad will be great for people who don't want more advanced computers.
9:39 am Stefan Svartling: Jagged: Yeah, there is blood in the water now ;)
9:46 am Jonathan Sundqvist: @Stefan Svartling Yeah, but there is no need for a closed system for computers to be simple. You could always design a computer to be simple but have options for added complexity.
9:51 am Stefan Svartling: Jonathan: The simplicity lies in the easiness of installing apps from the appstore and the "always on" feature. Of course you can get that from a ChromeOS tablet too if it's done right.
10:08 am Christopher Carr: I think the point was, you could have a device that by default only allowed certified apps through a central distribution channel, and you could let people turn that off if they want to, and install whatever they like -- you could even bury the option somewhere so that grandpa can't find it.
10:10 am Jonathan Sundqvist: @Christopher Carr something like that. I think it's awful that they close the system in that way. But that's only my humble opinion.
10:11 am Christopher Carr: You could call it something scary to keep auntie away, like "developer mode," or the like.
10:13 am Jonathan Sundqvist: lol :D
10:19 am Christopher Carr: Some people are confusing the fact that Apple is part of a a broader effort to figure out the best portability/usability trade off in mobile computing UIs and configurations (with current display tech), with Apple causing this exploration of the space. These people are confused.

The fundamental problem won't be solved with 10" rigid displays.
10:26 am Thomas Morffew: Sick of the iPad already.
10:34 am outofmyarse .: I think it will be great for people that are always travelling or need something a little simpler than a laptop but in my opinion, it's no replacement to a proper laptop/PC
10:57 am Stefan Svartling: I blog/tweet/buzz 80% from my iphone. If the next iphone will have a 4.3-inch screen like some cool new HTC Android phones have, I will probably ever need a Tablet. My MacBook Pro 15-inch and the Next iphone will be enough for me.
2:00 pm Stefan Svartling: If I was looking to buy a netbook right now I would buy an iPad instead. Definitely.

Stefan Svartling – one Windows, one Google-based. I wonder if it's
Android or Chrome OS then? Mar 31, 2010

Hugh Isaacs II – I'd rather Chrome OS over Android honestly. I mean
Android is great, but I can't see it being of much use on a large
screen.

Plus with all of the enhancements Chrome OS is bringing to the web
it'll be a more viable platform for tablets than Android. Mar 31, 2010

Stefan Svartling – Hugh: Yes, Chrome OS will probably be a better
alternative, but it looks like every manufacturer (except Apple of
course) will release Android based Tablets.. Mar 31, 2010

Rob Nelson – Anyone know if there is a plan to have ChromeOS running
Android apps? That would make the most sense to me. Mar 31, 2010

Stefan Svartling – Sorry I don't know but that would be cool. Mar
31, 2010

Hugh Isaacs II – @Rob Nelson

Ars Technica actually asked about that, and a Google employee
