Motorola Acquires Azingo? - Their own Mobile OS?

It seems like Motorola has acquired Azingo, the mobile OS manufacturer.

Though there is no official statement from Motorola but some changes in LinkedIn profiles of Azingo employees and the recent activity tab on the Company Profile Page are indicating that the acquisition.

- I guess it because Motorola wants their own Mobile OS so that they can start their own AppStore and earn money like everybody else does these days....
