Charles Tellis – JooJoo is a monster; I can't imagine lugging that monster around.
Apr 6, 2010 Richard Walker – I might make a better "electronic sheet music" device though. These could be mounted on a wall, or embedded in a table. the iPad may be more mobile, but that means more breakage. They both need special briefcases and carry bags is all.
Apr 6, 2010 Mike Elgan – It seems to me that it's large size is the JooJoo's only advantage. The iPad is a marvel of industrial design, and that design was put together in concert with the multi-touch software, which is really well done. And then there's the app store. Forget about it. I haven't used the JooJoo, but I can't imagine that it would prove superior to the iPad.
Gimme an iPad the size of a JooJoo, however, and I'd jump on it.
Apr 6, 2010 Thomas Morffew – JooJoo is an ugly mother, but the iPad is too slick for me.
Apr 7, 2010 Paul Murley – I've read horrible things about the Joo Joos UI, and it looks silly in portrait. It's a pity...
Apr 7, 2010 svartling ™ – The iPad is superior in many ways, but I still thinks that the size is a bit too big :)
But I hope Apple will launch an iPhone with a 4.3-inch screen. That will be the perfect sized MID/Mini Computer/Smartphone/
Tablet for me.
Maybe Apple do that on the event tomorrow? ;)
Apr 7, 2010 John Hardy – the JooJoo looks too long the iPad looks too short. Looking for an A4 sized tablet.
OK for my friend @svartling here, make that A5 or A6
Apr 7, 2010 svartling ™ – John: Heh! A6 would be cool :) Seriously I would probably buy the iPad when it will be available here in Sweden. Or maybe I wait for the next generation of it.
